Converting TradingView's MACD to MT5

I need the MACD indicator available on TradingView to be used in MT5. The indicator must be provided with the source code (.mq5).

Just like in the Tradingview version, it should be possible to select the source of the prices to be calculated (Open, High, Low, Close, (H+L)/2, (H+L+C)/3 and (O+H+L+C)/4)).

Just like in the TradingView version, it should be possible to select the type of moving average used in the oscillator and the signal (SMA and EMA).
