Commissioning the development of a high-performance Expert Advisor (EA) engineered for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) environment. The objective is to deploy an institutional-grade automated trading system capable of systematic market analysis, precision execution, and strict risk governance within the global forex markets.

This initiative is led from a professional trading and quantitative strategy perspective. The selected developer will be expected to translate structured trading logic into robust, scalable MQL5 architecture suitable for live capital deployment.

Strategic Objective
Design and implement a rule-based execution engine that enables disciplined, emotion-free trading across predefined forex pairs, operating continuously with advanced risk controls, execution filters, and modular expandability for future strategy integration.
