Fix ea mt5 fib

1. fix errors on expert, journal tabs. 

2. fix or add display on off for timeframe d1, 4h, 1h. 

there is no option to remove or show on chart. 

3. fix, modify, change entry, remove current entry. 

add new entry, pending limit and buy sell stops rules. 

4. fix, modify, change tp, add %, remove the current input.

remove current tp, and add tp rules.

5.  fix, modify, change sl, add %, remove the current input. 

6. dashboard function cannot be removed or does not work to keep on chart. 

7. spread function not working.

8. do not group my entry, tp. needs to be shown in input of ea. 

9. understand fib able to help code conditions.

need somebody help understand my logic be able to code conditions correct for entry tp. 

send new source code after finish.

NOTE if you are able to show picture example for me to check to know you understand it. 

this is not a test. it is to save and not waste each other time before move forward before begin coding.
