Техническое задание

1. I have easy 3 input EA which is:

-. Reading xlsm file

-. Converting it to csv file 

-. Moving csv file to the terminal folder 

-. Then reading csv and placing order


2. Then i have more complex manager EA which is managing this orders and positions opened from them, repopening etc...


Your task is: 

Add 1. EA to the 2. EA. Basically when i will run manager EA i want first to be done orders uploading sequence from 1. EA and then 2. Manager EA working normally as it is standalone. 

After the orders are upload once at the beginning, EA n.1 is not providing and further functionality, position management or cooperating with EA n. 2, EASY TASK.
