Pine Script Strategy Automation - TradingView to MT5/Broker

Project Overview

I have a fully tested and profitable Pine Script trading strategy that I need to automate for execution on my proprietary trading firm account (MT5 or TradingView-connected broker). The strategy generates clear buy and sell signals with position reversal logic.

Strategy Logic

Signal Rules:

• BUY SIGNAL = Open LONG position
• SELL SIGNAL = Close current LONG position + Simultaneously open SHORT position
• Next BUY SIGNAL = Close SHORT position + Open new LONG position
• Pattern repeats in reverse (alternating between LONG and SHORT)

Position Management:

• Only one position active at a time (reversible/flipping strategy)
• No overlapping positions
• Stop loss and take profit levels are defined in the Pine Script
• Position size is fixed/defined in strategy parameters

   • Duplicate signal protection (no multiple executions)
4. Error Handling - What happens if broker connection fails or signal processing delays?

   • Real-time trade execution log
   • Alert timing vs. execution timing
   • Daily P&L dashboard
   • Failed/missed signals notification

Deliverables

1. Working automation system fully tested in paper trading (minimum 1 week)

4. Performance Monitoring Dashboard (spreadsheet or simple web dashboard)
