CONVERT TRADING VIEW SCRIPT INTO .MQ5 AND CREATE ARROW ALERT

PLEASE READ: IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THE BELOW THEN PLEASE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CLIENT.  I NEED SOMEONE WHO WILL DO THE WORK FIRST AND THEN CREATE A BUILT-IN DEMO INDI AS PER SPECIFICATIONS BELOW WHICH HAS AN EXPIRY (A DAY OR 2) SO THAT I TEST THE INDI BEFORE WE CREATE THE ORDER. I HAVE HAD PEOPLE WHO PRESSURE ME TO CREATE THE ORDER AND THEN THEY END UP DEVELOPING A FAULTY INDICATOR. AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THROUGH ARBITRAGE AGREEMENTS. 

My project is as follows AND I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOMEONE WHO WILL PERFECT THIS:

I need someone who will convert the tradingview script attached called the imbalance detector by Lux Algo script into mt5 and then  converted indicator will create an alert with arrow, make it NON-LAGGING and NON-DISAPPEARING when the conditions below are met:

1. The blue line appears on imbalance indicator - a buy alert is triggered and also a buy arrow should appear at the on expiry of the current candle (the line will appear on this candle after it has expired) but trade should be triggered on next candle.

2. 1. The red line appears on imbalance indicator - a sell alert is triggered and also a sell arrow should appear at the expiry of the current candle (the line will appear on this candle after it has expired)) but trade should be triggered on next candle.

 MOST IMPORTANT REGARDING THE ABOVE: The created indicator should be compatible with MT2 or arrow alerts should be able to trigger on MT2 automated software.

NOTE: The blue and red lines are FVG lines and note that the imbalance indicator also shows Opening Gaps and Volume imbalances, AND THEREFORE VERY IMPORTANTLY THE CONVERTED INDICATOR SHOULD BE PROGRAMMED ONLY WITH THE FVG LINES (NOT OPENING GAPS OR VOLUMES IMBALANCES).
