Convert Tradingview Script Ninjatrader 8 Bot

     I'm looking for an experienced expert advisor to help me convert a TradingView script (Pine Script) into a fully functional NinjaTrader 8 bot

The specification of the bot 

The first thing you do is convert the script to ninjatrader and then turn it to a bot. You will add vwap to the bot as this will be used as bias. When price is above vwap, the bot will only take a buy trade. When price is below vwap, the bot will only take sell trades. There are 2 types of entry the bot should have which should be independent of each other which I can choose in the settings of the bot. The first type of entry is the breakout entry which the bot takes at the close of the candle, SL will be 0.5 points away from the swing low or high. The second type of entry is the entry at 0.618 fib retracement, SL at 0.5 points away from the swing low or swing high. The amount of contract has been calculated in the script and is displayed as E value. The bot should take the E value as the amount of contract to enter the trade. For the retracement to 0.618, the contract size will be E value *2.5. There are sometimes the market doesn’t retrace back to 0.618, in this case, the bot shouldn’t take the entry anymore if price extends to -1.5 fib and we don’t get an entry . The trading time  should be added and it should be in newyork timezone. Lastly you will add max number of trades in a session
