Optimize existing two-way / multi-master copy trading EA code

We created a two-way copy trading EA, two-way means all account that using that EA will watch each other, so there's no master or slave, every account is a master, so it's like master <=> master

But EA is kinda slow and sometimes not working when we use it on a VPS

Our issue right now :

1. When use it on a VPS, if we close an order on A account, the related order on B account not close (but it's running normally on our local computer, B account also close the related order when A account closing an order)

2. When A account close an or all order because stop out, but B account not close the related order, but it should.

3. Copy trade is kinda slow if we compare with another existing copy trade EA in market, we can't open and close order faster, because the EA will crash and not open order close order on another account.

4. EA can't ping / check online status each other, we need that for GUI panel connected/disconnect status
