Engulfing based strategy (EA).

-Definition of engulfing candle

the candle must be determined based on a specific point

Determining the prices of other candles before the engulfing candle


-Opening conditions

It is defined by the engulfing candle, therefore it is dynamic.


-Definition of TP

There are two possible scenarios for the Take Profit (TP), both defined by the engulfing candle:


Scenario 1: Exit based on RSI levels when predefined thresholds are reached.


Scenario 2: TP based on the body size of the engulfing candle.



-Breakeven


The Take Profit is also determined by the engulfing candle. There is one main scenario with two options, both defined by the characteristics of the engulfing candle:

  1. Option A: Exit based on RSI reaching specific levels.

  2. Option B: Exit based on the size of the engulfing candle’s body.
