Техническое задание

Hi,

I need to make an EA based on the RSI indicator that I am attaching to this report. It is an indicator that shows the development in several time zones.I have an idea that a trade entry would occur when all time zones enter in the same direction (BUY, SELL).

The next trade entry could be after there is a change of direction in at least four time zones.

I think of it like this:
1. all TFs have the same direction BUY
2. trade entry to BUY
3. four TFs change direction to SELL
4. all TFs start to have a direction to BUY again
5. trade entry is to BUY again

Do you think it could be done like this? If so, I would write to you about other functions of the EA. And I would also like to get advice from you.
