Техническое задание

I have an EA that tracks some stats and writes the values to CSV. I wish to amend this to write to SQLite3 instead - when there is no existing database, it should create a new one. The written data should be identical, just saved to database instead of CSV file. Existing EA code will be provided on acceptance of job.
