Profitable Scalping EA with User Interface for EURUSD MT5

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced developer to create a scalping Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5, optimized for the EURUSD pair on M1 and M5 timeframes, focused on high performance, robustness, and consistent profit potential.
The EA should be easy to configure, with an intuitive user interface/console for adjusting the main parameters.
My budget for this project is $30 to $100, depending on the complexity and quality of the final product.

Terms of Reference:

1. Entry Strategy (Scalping):

• Buy: EMA 8 crosses above EMA 80, RSI(7) between 30 and 70, ADX(14) above 20, confirmation candle closes above EMA 8.
• Sell: EMA 8 crosses below EMA 80, RSI(7) between 30 and 70, ADX(14) above 20, confirmation candle closes below EMA 8.
• Volatility filter: ATR(14) above the average of the last 50 periods.
• Spread filter: Do not trade if the spread is greater than 10 points.
• Trading hours: Only during the London/New York session overlap (08:00-17:00 GMT).
• The developer is encouraged to suggest and implement improvements or alternative strategies to increase the robustness and profit potential of the EA.

2. Risk Management:

• Risk per trade: 1% of account balance.
• Stop Loss: 1.5x ATR(14).
• Take Profit: 2x ATR(14).
• Trailing Stop: Activated after 1x ATR(14) in profit, trailing by 0.5x ATR(14).
• Only one position at a time in the same direction.

3. Additional Requirements:

• User interface/console for easy configuration of main parameters (lot size, risk, trading hours, etc).
• No Martingale or Grid strategies.
• Compatible with both netting and hedging accounts.
• The EA must work on multiple PCs/accounts (simply by running on different MT5 terminals).
• Source code (.mq5) must be delivered.
• User manual included.
• 6 months backtest on EURUSD M1 and M5.
• 30 days post-delivery support for bug fixes and questions.
• The EA will be tested on a demo account before final acceptance.

4. Budget:
   $30 to $100, depending on the quality and features delivered.

5. Deadline:
   7 to 10 days.
