ICT-Based Wizard Algo Strategy Explanation for Developer

Objective:

The algorithm will be developed based on ICT (Inner Circle Trader) concepts, following Hedge Fund Smart Money principles, ensuring high accuracy and zero errors. It should work for both Forex and Crypto and be optimized to pass funded account challenges.

Multi-Timeframe Approach

1. Daily High-Timeframe (HTF) Analysis:

Analyze the PD Array (Premium & Discount) to understand how price has moved and what it is likely to do next.

Mark the Previous Day's Candle for reference.



2. 4H Market Structure Confirmation:

Determine perfect direction using market structure shifts (MSS).

Identify whether the price has grabbed external or internal liquidity, including session-based liquidity grabs.



3. 15M SMT Divergence:

Compare two correlated pairs to check for Smart Money divergence.



4. 5M Entry (PD Array Based, Not OTE):

Confirm that SSL (Sell-Side Liquidity) is taken first for Buy entries.

Confirm that BSL (Buy-Side Liquidity) is taken first for Sell entries.

Use PD Array to mark the correct Premium & Discount zones.

Entry should only be from a valid POI (Order Block, Fair Value Gap, etc.) in the correct PD zone.



5. Trade Execution:

Fixed 1:2 Risk-Reward Ratio (Auto-Calculated TP & SL).

No trade if proper timeframe alignment is not there (HTF & LTF must confirm).

Auto Trading Mode (EA Version): Once manual testing is confirmed, this will be converted into an MT5 Expert Advisor (EA).

News Filter: Avoid entries during major high-impact news events.

Works on Forex & Crypto: Optimized for funded account challenges.
