Add functions to expert and Convert it from mql4 to mql5

Hello i have an Mql4 source cod which i would like to get converted into an Mql5 source code , aswell as make the Coding more efficent, if possible.
i also need the function for dollar risk/trade , that way i have the fixed lot option aswell as dollar risk / trade ,that way it automatically calculates the Lot size .
