Dual hedge dynamic continuous MT5 EA

I need a programmer to code an EA with the following parameters

-          Opens buy and sell positions as soon as placed on the chart

-          TP is either set in points, or dynamic based on ATR (1*ATR)

-          When TP is hit, another trade in the same direction is opened (with the initial lot size). If with a set TP, it will use that  or checks the current ATR and sets TP based on that).The losing direction trade would then open another position, increased by a either a multiplier or addition factor (all should be customisable). A new weighted averaged TP should then be calculated (either with the static TP or with the current ATR).

-          After x consecutive TPs in one direction, the opening of the losing direction should then skip y TP e.g. if x is 10 and y is 2, then next averaging should open on TP 12, and not 11. Inputs for three TP skipping logic would be needed e.g. after 5 trades, then after 15, then after 20 

-          Should halt the opening of positions if the drawdown exceeds x%.

-          Open fully hedged positions if the drawdown exceeds y% and remove any existing TPs on orders

-          Have a basic dashboard showing number of open trades, profit from trades, daily drawdown and whether the EA is halted or not, and whether it is fully hedged
