Техническое задание

Would it be possible to get a custom offer for an MT5 indicator which plots two MAs on the chart. It must be multi time frame and keeps the specific time frame. For example, when I choose the H1 as time frame, it has to show H1 on the 4 hour chart or in any other time frame?

Additionally I need a drawing tool box on Metatrader 5 like Color Levels.mq4, only better. Please make a custom offer for this, too
I will send the colour levels with a template for MT4 and detailed description. The MA indicator needs a toggle button, I forgot to mention.


Here are the images in which I have described what the goal is, a one to one conversion from MT4 to MT5. Additionally I send the drawing tools. Color Levels.mq4 and extend_box.mq4. Just place the indicators on a black and white layout in MT4 and you will see how they are working together. I tried a recoding on MT5 but the object properties are not working very well and cannot drag them as good as on MT4. So a recoding is needed here. Unfortunately it doesn't make sense to send the 2MA indicator because it would be totally useless in MT5. It must be completely recoded here, from the scratch. The second reason is, it is not finished for MT4 yet, but I can do this on my own, no problem here.
