Alert window with text in chart window

Hello,

I need a Alert and Text in chart .

For Buy, Time frame M15

when there is a High break on the Candle having the blast give ALERT as "BUY above PRICE" & Keep text "BUY above PRICE" in the Right corner of the window 

For SELL,Time Frame M15

Low break of the Candle having the blast give ALERT as "SELL below PRICE" & Keep text "SELL below PRICE" in the Right corner of the window 

 For COVER,

 Time Frame M5

For BUY,if M5 having a candle with blast on top and the candle low broken THEN give Alert as "COVER at PRICE" and Text as "COVER at PRICE"

For SELL,if M5 having a candle with blast on bottom and candle HIGH is broken THEN give Alert as  "COVER at PRICE" and Text as "COVER at PRICE"

 parameters :

Max Time Frame ( For Buy / Sell Alert)

Min Time Frame  (for cover)
