Техническое задание

I have the system that I've been using and I would like to converted into a EA/ Robot. It is based off two indicators.

One indicator is based off overbought and oversold which is the ( TMA_Slope_nrp_alerts)

Indicator and My entry indicator is the (TMA+CG mladen NRP) indicator this is for entering trades 

How I need it to work is 

Whenever the overbought and oversold indicator is touching or is beneath the line (-1.5)I will be able to take buy trades 

Whenever the overbought and oversold indicator is touching or above the line (1.5) I will be able to take sale trades

My entry indicator should be able to take multiple trades in the same direction for buys whenever the dots are touching or underneath the (-1.5) line I should be able to take multiple buy trades whenever the X closes on a candle And when the dots touch the opposite line the (1.5) line all trades should close .and the same goes for sell  trades when the dots are touching are above the (1.5) line it should be taking multiple sell trades whenever the X closes on the candle and close all trades once the dots touch the (-1.5) line
