Adding features to a sthetic code

Hello, 

I want to add the following features to the code:

- Setting specific letter on the keyboard so I can change from one timeframe to another just by pressing the assigned letter (letter A por M15, letter B for M30, 6 timeframes total and I'd like to be able to pick the letters and the timeframes).
- Setting specifit letter on the keyboard for a horizontal line that plot (automatically), on the Open of the current day (I'd like to pick the color, type of line, etc).
- Setting specifit letter on the keyboard for a horizontal line that plot (automatically), on the Open of the current week (I'd like to pick the color, type of line, etc).

I want to fix from current code:

- If I press a letter, I get either a line, text box or arrow.
However, it goes directly to the graph and I have to move it manually to where I want (I have to drag everything).
I'd like the code to allow me to get the line, text box or arrow "preloaded" to my mouse so, that way, when I press the assigned letter for the line, text box or arrow I can put it where I want it without dragging it.

I'll share source code to those applicants that want to do the work in order to make sure they can check the code and be sure they can do it.

I'm not in a hurry at the moment so I'm actually looking for quality instead of fast delivery.
