Convert working MQ4 EA to MQ5 but also make a few simple modifications

Hi,

I have a working MQ4 EA (With a few warnings but works fine), I need the warnings cleared and converted to MQ5.

But I would also like a few improvements first.

Firstly: Fix warnings in MT4 code (return value of 'OrderSelect'/'OrderModify' should be checked).

Add following features:

1. Magic number modifiable variable (It's currently hard coded)
2. Is it possible to have a stop loss dollar amount instead of lots if True? (E.g. If a trade is -$50 then close it) - The reason is then I don't need to hassle with lot size differences between forex, BTC, indices etc.
3. Make TP and SL modifiable variables but #2 should take SL preference if possible. 
4. Daily loss limit (If True, stop trading for the rest of the day) - This should work on open PNL if possible, not closed trades.
5. Max trades limit variable (Current default is max 2x open trades but hard coded).
6. Time restrictions variable (E.g. Only trade between 1am - 10pm broker time).
7. News filter option (Do not enter trades x amount of time before/after red news event) - Nice to have if it's easy but not critical.

Any sort of optimization/improvement welcome.

Convert to MT5

I want the fixed MQ4 and MQ5 source code upon completion.

If you do a good job I have 2x more working strategies I want done too (Convert Pine scripts to MT5 EA so a lot easier than the above)
