I need an indicator converted from MQL4 to MQL5

I require the conversion of an MQL4 indicator into MQL5 that uses standard Metatrader indicators and one custom indicator (Non-lag MA). It uses a combination of RSI, StochOsc, and MACD along with Support and Resistance Lines.

This is what it looks like in MQL4, so need it ported over.

There isn't a large amount of custom code, with the most difficult part of it being that it uses lookback periods to align indicators (i.e. if one of the indicators has had a signal in the last x periods).

All code will be provided and must work identically to the MQL4 version.
