Convert my MT4 EA to MT5

I have a simple EA that closes all open positions if my Equity falls to a certain loss, or if my equity rises to a certain profit. It is a very simple EA, I can share the MT4 version of it that I had. I manually set what Equity to be used for closing in loss or closing in profit. This can also be displayed on the chart (see image below), so I can remember what Equity I set. 

This time I just want to convert that EA to MT5. If anyone can do this for me, I will be happy. Honestly, its very simple, just a few lines of codes.
