Техническое задание

I want to convert a TradingView indicator for MT5. The script from Pine (TradingView) is attached here as well as one imagine on how the indicator is plotted in the chart. Basically the indicator calculate the ATR bands and plot it in the chart, having that it identify when the price cross the upper or lower limit (closed candle) to say the direction of the trend up or down. Also, when the cross happens it plots a BUy or Sell writing in the chart.  I want you to code exactly as you see the script in line, having the same execution and ability to change its parameters. Also, that the indicator plot the bands for ATR.
