Web Banners Design & Creation

I need 8 web banners designed. I will provide you with the assets and ideas (three banners are almost complete, they just need to be touched up and fitted; five designs are concepts), I need a designer to make them look good.

It is important that these designs look very professional and high quality. The dimensions will be 1140 x 300.

Please respond with a flat fee for all eight banners, examples of your work, and an estimated start and completion date.

If you do a good job, there is an opportunity to design 4 more banners when this project is finished.
