MT5 EA Modification

The following items need to be included in the EA

a) Include MA filter: Buy trades can only happen if the candles are closing above the MA and Sell trades can only happen if the candles are closing below it  (filter can be turned on/off in the settings)

b) Fix Orders without TP: Currently the EA (while live trading only) sometimes fails to include/modify the take profit value in the current orders, the error is not a common occurrence, but it does happen and during backtest is not happening. The error in the journal when this happens reads "modify xxxxx skipped as it changes nothing". I need this to be fixed and make sure that all the trades have the TP and it is calculated properly. I would also like to understand what is causing this. A good solution will be to use a Hidden TP variable that is used to execute the close. 

c) Include commissions and swap to PnL Calculations for TP, The EA needs to adjust the TP for all the orders in order to include them. 

d) Include variable to make the EA trade with less Balance: Currently the EA while selecting the compounding feature uses the Balance to calculate the starting lot. I want to change this to a fraction of the balance instead. Please add a variable that reads the balance and divide it into the number of "pieces" set by the user in settings, and then link this to what the EA currently uses to calculate the trade size and TP (if needed); the goal is to reduce the capital the EA "sees" to trade yet maintain the logic that it has for calculation initial trade sizes, it will just be reduced as we will split the balance artificially.
