Техническое задание

Hello i need a programmer that can understand English because I recorded a video explanation of how the ea i need will work but will explain it here too ea Will pick trade from market watch it will have a maximum symbol option that’s if i choose maximum symbol 2 it will not allow morethan 2 pairs to be actively trading in the mt4 if I choose 1 it will not allow morethan 1 pair to be actively trading it will have option of maximum daily profit target once archive it ea will not pick trade again till next day it will have trailing stop and the trailing stops is once in profit 10 pip or 5 pip positive above entry then trailing will activate from that 10 pip area if it wove 1 pip let the sl follow by 1 pip above the entry any movement of 1 pip the sl moves closer, time to start trading and time to stop how it will pick trade I will send and indicator it will use if i choose 4 hour in the ea settings then I have to install the ea in 1 hour chart once the indicator print blue arrow in 4 hour it must print the same blue arrow in 1H if it first print the blue arrow in 1H it must wait till it confirms the same blue arrow in 4H before it will open buy position once opened buy position it will place sl at the pick bottom of that 4H arrow tp area will be double of the open position to sl area that’s from the entry to the sl if is 10 then tp will be 20 pip .
