Developer Needed to Enhance MetaTrader Trading Panel with Advanced Features

I  am seeking a developer or a person who know a existing already solution to assist in enhancing an open-source project related to trading on the MetaTrader platform. The requested features include:Stop Loss Management: Modify the existing feature to move the stop-loss to the entry point ( closing levels ) when TP1 is hit, then move it to TP1 when TP2 is hit, and so forth until TP5 Currently, only the first partial close moves the stop-loss to the entry. Each partial close should move the stop-loss to the last partial close before it. 

The parameter already has a  to adjust the minimum profit loss from the last entry difference.

Grid System Button for Setting Limits: Integrate a grid system button into the panel for setting buy or sell limits. 

should be able to define the maximum number of levels and the maximum total of buy or sell limits while maintaining the same stop loss for each trade.

.The desired functionality should complement an existing partial close expert advisor (EA) and maintain the initial stop-loss from the first entry ( for example of sl 1994 see screenshot ) rather than using a fixed value. I have screenshots of the current EA for reference.

If you understand the strategy and have ideas for modifying existing source code or finding a panel that already provides this functionality, please provide insights.

Only the grid system en partial close move sl to tp has to be mobile friendly when do a trade with mtt4 app . 

here is a kind of panel but we can't maintain the initial SL when making a new order , and there is also a partial closure level but it doesn't move sl to entry or partial close price after it has been hit .
