Expert Advisor that automatically opens and manages trades based upon provided signal

Hi, I have an EA providing signals. It displays on screen yet can also do Push notifications or emails. I am running it on MT4. I will send more/screenshots to the chosen coder in private.

The task is as follows:

• Open a trade when EA provides a signal
• Parameter file
• trade size: [in lots; from 0.01]
• profit target: [in pips]
• Stop Loss: in pips
• Trailing stop: in pips [not sure if this is easy or not as there are many tools so we can discuss this item]
• start time: [idea is to enter time to enable EA]; default: 00:00:00
• stop time: [time to disable EA - eg do not trade at midnight times, etc] :23:59:59
• multi-position allowed: [if there is an open trade of eg BUY AUDUSD and the signal states BUY OR SELL: AUDUSD again then if the parameter is on YES: open again. If Set on NO: Do not open the trade with already opened pair] --> we might develop this logic further, so perhaps create some kind of a separate piece of code that we simply call and can adjust as a unit. 
• Log all activities into the log file
• log parameters provided by the signal EA
• log trade data + ideally the trade result
• ideally I also would like to log RSI and RVI values at a time of trade open (to be discussed)

NOTES

• When calculating profit target and SL, please make sure we calculate JPY correctly..
• ideally, I would like to keep Profit Target; SL and Trailing stop hidden from the broker = not sent to the market. Can this be done ? So EA would fully manage this without visibility to others / market.
