Техническое задание

Hi there, I need a mql4 script as requested in the title. 

The function should be able to fetch GET,POST,PUT, and PATCH request.

The request should have headers inlcuding "Content-Type" and "Authorization". The POST should be formatted in JSON.

The post should be the in the following format...
