Техническое задание

I need a EA that places pending orders (Buy Stop/Sell Stop Orders a Minutes before an event and it  has to automatically substrate some points from the currents price for a sell stop order and add some points per buy order a minutes before an Economic Events and it has to calculate the size of the Account and place the lot size each pending order according to the Account size and trail STOP each position when in profit  plus it has close the order not triggered.
