Update my MT4 Expert advisor with 2 conditions

The Expert Advisor triggers buy and sell orders, it also manages the trade sizes correctly. I need only 2 changes

Change #1:

I need an on/off switch in the settings such as:
Restrict Trades When In Profit = True/False

This setting when false will do nothing.

This setting when true will not place any new trades when a trade is in profit.

Explanation:

If there is an active buy order at 1.14250 and take profit at 1.14500 the EA cannot place a buy order above 1.14250 unless this active order has been closed. However a buy order can be triggered at any level below 1.14250

If there is an active sell order at 1.13500 the EA cannot place a sell order below 1.13500 unless this active order has been closed. However a sell order can be triggered at any level above 1.13500

Change #2:

The EA places trades at the end of each candle so there is no problem all day long however when it is roll over time the spread increases a lot and the EA places a trade when the spread it too high. This trade at rollover time makes a loss since it enters at the wrong price. So I have a Remaining Time filter in the settings. This triggers a trade X seconds before the closing of the candle. So if it is set to 300 then it will trigger 300 seconds before the candle closes. I want to apply this setting only to the last candle of the day. Currently it is applied to each and every candle.

So if I am using the H4 timeframe then the RemainingTimeFilter will apply to the last candle only that ends at 00:00 and the trade will be triggered at 23:55

There will be 5 trades that are triggered when the candle closes and only 1 trade that is triggered 300 seconds before.

If I am using the D1 timeframe then the there will be only 1 trade per day and this will trigger 300 seconds before it closes

If I am using the H1 timeframe then the there will be 23 trades that are triggered when the candle closes and only 1 trade that is triggered 300 seconds before.
