Техническое задание

Hello good morning, I want you to make me an automated strategy in which, we will take as reference the candle that opens at 12:00 UTC+1 and closes at 15:00 UTC+1, that is, if this is a green candle, we will look for purchases, if it is red we will look for sales. The orders must be opened at 15:29:50 putting 20 points of SL and 40 of TP, I want that when it crosses 20 points in favor, the SL is updated to the entry point. I want all the parameters to be modifiable, including the lot size.
