DLL allows MT4 to read from and write to PostgreSQL or MySQL database

I would like to have a dll that works as interface between MT4 & PostgreSQL or MySQL database. MT4 should be able to use the dll functions and pass arguments to read from & and write to DB.

MT4:

simple MT4 script/EA, for validation, should call dll functions with arguments defined by the DLL to read/update/insert records/fields in specific table and specific database name

argument should include database name, table name, & action

DLL

provides record/field read/insert/update functions

after MT4 call the function with action, dll should return the result

dll should makes sure to handle exceptions from database

PostgreSQL or MySQL

Database should be secured through username and password

I should keep and own the source codes.
