EA Reading Trade Alerts from MT4 Log and set Pending Orders Based on Time Intervals

I have purchased an EA that does not open trades; it only triggers trade alerts. However, these trade alerts are also written to the regular MT4 journal/log when MobilePush Notification is active. The logs are located in /logs/<YearMonthDay>.log, for example, /logs/20231227.log.

I need an EA that reads this log and set the pending orders. The trades are always pending orders (Buy or Sell Stop), never market orders, and each trade has an expiry date.

Here is an example log entry:

It would be fine if TP1, TP2, or TP3 can be used depending on input settings. The EA does not need to read the log and execute trades every tick; it would be sufficient to do so, for example, every minute or every 5 minutes. I am not entirely clear on how the EA could differentiate between already set pending orders and those that are still todo. However, if the log is read every 5 minutes, only the trades from the last 5 minutes could be considered.

I would like to receive the source code for the EA.
