Order panel combined with EA

Hello, I wish to develop an order panel that prepares the placement of pending orders as soon a signal is generated. The order execution should be done after the manually confirmation. Over the small order panel it should be possible to confirm the order execution, adjust the preset distance of the pending order to the high/low of the signal bar, adjust the preset lot size, take partial close, set break even an last but not least close all positions manually. Please find attached pictures how it should looks like. The EA should generate a signal as far some Moving Averages show in the same direction, confirmed by RSI. Regarding to the market exit the EA should offer an initial protective stop loss, partial take profit in three steps, break even after the hit of the first target, some common trailing stop methods and finally the final exit by the generation of an opposite signal (MA Cross).
