Техническое задание

Hey

I need you for building my EA for MT5. It is based on a simple Framework with 2 indikators. I will send those 2 indikators. Special is that there is a newsfilter, this needs to check if there will be high impact news. I want that the EA will not open a trade X Minutes before and after high impact news for this currency pair. I don't know if this is possible.

I created a Google Drive document how the EA should work.

If you are interested i can send you the whole description of the EA. Maybe there will be some questions.
