MT4 MQL Developer for Laravel API

We are developing an application to retrieve user account details and live rates for commodities, Indices and Forex pairs. We are looking for an MT4 expert who could develop an MT4 API (REST API) in Laravel. We used an API but that is not fulfilling our requirements that can be found here https://mt4.mtapi.be.

We also can but this https://nerdsnipe.github.io/mt5webapi/ if it becomes valuable.
