Техническое задание

Can you create me an ea scalper robot based of an indicator that on the market place that's free.

I will give you the name of the ea once you contact me to keep the noise down. If your interested please let me know. I also have another project where i have something that I would like turned into an ea as well. It gives signals TP and SL.  That will be the next job if you are up to it. Thank you so much.
