Machine Learning Model and Integration with MQL4

I am currently looking for someone to program an Expert Advisor that incorporates some sort of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning in python, preferably Neural Networking. I know how difficult Machine Learning is, so I am willing to negotiate a price.

I have raw database of 10 currency pairs dated jan 1, 2016 up to now, as datas to train the model.

Expectation is to have mql4 EA with > 85% accuracy, linked to the machine learning model

Criteria:

- Trading robot that can be used with MetaTrader 4, has > 85% accuracy

- Automatic trading, with sound risk management.

- Doesn't matter how fast it trades, preservation of funds and profitability matters most.

- Demonstration of use / evidence of backtest. 

- Source code included upon completion.

- Daily progress report is needed while processing, included sccreenshot of training and testing, integration process, and any other progress, to make sure that the project will be finished on time.
