Can anybody create this Trade Manager?

Hello. I specify that I trade on MetaTrader 5 but on a MacBook, precisely a new MacBook Air with M2 chip. The Trade Manager should be as user friendly as possible, if possible. So, I want to be able to choose the risk based on a percentage of my balance. The trade manager will need to have the classic three lines (red line for the SL, blue for the entry and green for the TP) plotted on the chart and that I can drag anywhere. I will need to be able to drag also the entry line, in case I would like to open a limit order. Of course, the number of lots will have to be modified by the trade manager based on the position of the stop loss and the percentage risked. In plus I will need to be able to add up to 3 take profit levels, where to take partial profits at (and I will have to be able to choose what percentage of the position to close at each level). Now the trade manager will need to manage the trade like this: let’s say I started a long on EURUSD, risking 0.5% of my account. I added 3 different take profit levels and the price hits the first TP. Now the trade manager will have to close the percentage of the position I chose and automatically move the SL at BE. Now the price keeps moving in my favour, till hitting the TP number 2. The trade manager will have to close again a percentage I chose and move the SL to the level of the first TP. And then in case the price will hit the TP number 3, it will close the remaining position. Thank you in advance.
