Техническое задание

I am looking for a solution to copy transactions using API.
Master accounts and slave accounts must be able to run from the same terminal.
I would like to include functions like:
-Multiple master accounts.
-The slave account can receive from several master accounts.
-Filter by currency or magic number.

-Custom commentary of the master accounts.


Platform: Metatarder 5.

the application can be web or .exe
