EA automatic TRADE

I require an automatic EA that will use the following indicator prior to enter a trade and make a new order, the EA will rely on these indicators to determine RULES TO ENTER A TRADE whether a buy or sell, . For example a sell = price going up to a pivot then reversing, Candle Closed RED.

 i will explain the rules the EA relies on with the project winner

The indicators the EA will rely on to determine trading rules:

>Stoch (10, 3,3,Simple, Close/Close)

>ZigZag Pivot & Mid Pivot Points

>Heiken Ashi  

>ZZ Semafor

>Daily Range Calculator

EA should work on all time Frame 

The EA should automatically buy or sell once a rule has passed all the requirement 

The following settings function is required:

1) EA should have settings to allocate Volume size when making order: e.g 0.01, 0.02, 0.03 , 0.04 , 0.05 etc......

2) Automatic SL in pips, for example there should be a settings to input when stop loss is applied when auto-trading, settings should be 5 pips, 10 pips, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc.........

3) Maximum open orders settings, for example if i set 5 maximum open order the EA should not make new order above 5. If I set 10 order it should not make new orders while there is 10 open order.
