I want a robot based on calculation

I want a robot that trades the 28 major pairs at the same time, the robot gives me the choice between starting by sell or buy or both directions for all 28 majors pairs simultaneously (option in the robot) and  When the sum of the profits of the winning trades is greater than the one most losing trade by a certain percentage % (can be specified in the robot) the robot closes those trades in the sum and reopens them again if the hedging condition with a number of pips is met (option in the robot)and when the each trade goes down to a certain level the robot have to open an opposite position (hedge by opposite position) so we will have one buy position and one sell position for each pair ), , and when the worst trade is down to a certain level (option in the robot), the robot closes it and reopens it  If the hedging conditions is met  , note that the sum of the winning trades and the one most losing trade should not include the opposite trade of the most losing trade, and each trade in this sum must be greater than the spread
