Техническое задание

Looking for a programmer that can create a script/indicator that sends alerts to my phone when a candle breaks out consolidation candle and closes by a certain distance. 

4 time frames need to be scanned at all times for entries.

1 time frame will need to scanned in the same way for the major trend, so the other 3 time frame entries will have to follow the major trend.

Major trend calculated by looking at consolidation candles and break outs out of those areas, two of these areas create a new trend. Or, if easier, could be a 'major trend buy/sell input', where I could input if i'm looking for buy or sell trades and smaller time frame entries would be filtered according to that.
