EA needs to be coded from experienced programmers

Greetings, i need a programmer to develop an EA for me that will be executing trades for me based on my trading setup. My trading setup is based on demand or supply zones together with trend line. I have an indicator that draws the zone of the supply and demand for me but i don't have a trend line indicator. Hence i want the programmer to create the indicator that will be connecting swing highs and lows, there is an indicator in trading view called Trend line v2, if possible i want programmer to create the same indicator for me.

For Buy, i want the EA to execute trade whenever candlestick enter inside demand area and there is trend line which is inside the demand zone, the trend line also should be for the third of fourth touch, or even fifth touch, all the matters is that the trade should be executed based on demand zone and a trend line inside the zone, the same applies for sell trades (Vice versa) The EA should only BUY or SELL when there is the type of setup i said, find below the example of trades in the pictures 

I will provide different images of the type of trades i want the EA to be taken

Once the EA is installed on chart, i want the EA to not allow me to close trades or open trades manually, i want the trades to be based on only EA trading.

The SL should be below the demand zone and above the SL zone

I will attach the supply and demand indicator in the description below so that the programmer can work with it, the ATR factor of the indicator should be 0.30 so that it will not widening the zones drawn
