Техническое задание

Want an EA that opens position at each candle open Bearish/Bullish depending on the direction of the candle at opening. Take TP at a specific amount of Pips or USD Dollars. Example i would like to open Bullish only orders when trend is bullish
Use 2 Moving average for confirmation of a trend as well in case i want to use the crosses to open orders. The 2 moving averages should have all its  feature ( price open, Close price etc.) as well the MA( smoothe, Simple Exponetial, etc)
I should be able to schedule the trading start time from x time to X time and should operate in specific session ( containing all Sessions). For example I want to open trades at each candle open on London Session from 3AM to 3:30AM etc. same for the other sessions.
I should be able to put X USD$ amount per day as Goal. When that goal is reached the EA should terminate itself or get out of the chart or turn off Live/autotrading

I should be able to program the EA to open only Long or Short or Both. Should be able to open X amount of orders. Lets say if i want open 3 positions at an open candle.  each opened position needs to have its own TP and Stop Loss

I shoul be able to use strategy tester for best optimization. Should have a display panel on the chart that allows you to close all Buy trades and all Sell trades and all Profit trades and all losing trades.

Should have Trailing stop loss for each order with the breakeven functionality

as well a overall Stop loss for the loss in percent of the entire account amount.

Should have max Open Trades : This will let me put a quantity of Maximum Open Trades. Example i wanted to open only 5 trades.. In other words it will only use the first 5 candles at opening 

It has to show a panel in the chart that can close all buy trades and all sell trades separately.  and 1 button to close all orders in profit
