MA Trend follow and Fractals Stop

I need a very simple EA which:

1-      Should work on Top Bottom/ Fractals (Resistance/ Support) and trend follow approach based on two Moving Averages i.e.; Large MA, Short MA.

2-      If the price is above Large Moving average, it’s an uptrend and if it’s below Large MA, it’s a downtrend. All kinds of Moving average should be available (SMA, EMA, WMA etc.) in EA and the trader should be able to select the type of moving averages. The calculation options of MAs (Open, Close, Average) should also be available on EA. Similarly, periods of Moving averages should also be selectable by the trader.

3-      When the price crosses Large MA, EA should keep placing the relevant trades upon close of each candle. For example, if price crosses Large EMA upwards, EA should place the buy order upon closure of MA crossing candle and vice versa for downward crossing. EA should keep placing buy orders upon closure of each candle until an upper fractal is formed (Full fractal after closing of two subsequent candles). Upon formation of this upper fractal, EA should place a hedge sell order of total amount worth all running buy orders with a stop loss x pips above the latest top (Fractal top candle). The amount of x pips shall be determined by the trader. For example, In US30Cash if there are 6 closed candles including the crossover candle above Large MA then there would be 6 running long trades each of Lot size 1, if an upper fractal is formed then a sell trade of lot size 6 is placed to hedge the current running long trades. Suppose now the highest price of fractal candle is 33000. If the trader selects x = 10 then the stop loss of this selling trade should be placed at 33000 + 10 = 33010. Now, three scenarios can happen:

i-                    Price keeps following the uptrend

ii-                   Price crosses the short MA and moves upward again to follow long trend

iii-                 Price crosses the long MA to start the downtrend
