Техническое задание

 I NEED EXPERT HAVE THIS SKILLS 

1- if the price touching moving average 144 or 200 exponentials on 1h and 4h frames or daily (give me alarm) 

2- calculate suitable lot size for budget 

3- CLOSE ALL DEALS IF LOSE IS 50 USD (should BE VARIABLE) later i can change, give me warning before closing losing deals 

4-give me alarm if profit more than 50$
