Develop an EA based on my Simple Requirements.

Hi,
I want to have an ea, that will work on basis of following configurations - 

basically, it will auto trade based on the settings i configure.

It will have these fields/options - 

1# time interval: if i put "20" in this field, the bot will open new trades automatically on my predefined direction (buy/sell) after every 20 seconds.

2# time to hold : 

If I put "10" in the field, the bot will hold those opened trades for 10 seconds, and close them once its passed 10 seconds.

3# Waiting time : If i put 30 here, the ea will take trades according to above function, wait 30 seconds after it has closed the trades after 20 seconds. If I put 0, the ea will ignore this function, and follow #1 function for waiting

4# trades to open : 

if i put 12, the bot will open 12 trades at once.

5# Gradual close amount : 

If i put 1, 2, 3, and so on, the bot will close 1 trade after a specified period of time mentioned in "Gradual close interval field. then it will close two more trade and then 3 more trades after specific duration.

6# Gradual close Interval

time to wait before closing trades (see 5#)

7# Lot size in % :

the bot will decide bot size automatically based on equity percentage

8# Time Starting Point: 

If i put 50 in it, the " time interval " timer will start from 50 points, meaning when the price moved 50 points.

9# Run for : 

if i put 3600, it will run for 3600 seconds, if i put 0, it will run for indefinite time.
