Create EA based on default trend indicators

Hi,

i need an ea that will open buy and sell order based on set of rules in these indicators. All these indicators are default inside MT4. All of these rule need to be meet in each of the indicators for the EA to open an order :

Timeframe : H1

To open buy order , price needs to :

1. be above 200 period MA

2. be above 50 period MA

3.RSI needs to be above 50 level

4. MACD line need to be above zero level

5. Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) need to be above 25 level

6. above Parabolic SAR 

To open sell order , price needs to :

1. be below 200 period MA

2. be below 50 period MA

3.RSI needs to be below 50 level

4. MACD line need to be below zero level

5. Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) need to be above 25 level

6. below Parabolic SAR 

After EA open order, it will have stoploss if buy (below the Parabolic SAR) and if sell (above Parabolic SAR) and it will trail according to the Parabolic SAR. The EA doesnt have take profit level. 

In the setting , it will have only, Lot size, EA Comment name ,magic number . I also need some locking to EA number inside the EA for protection. Thank you.
